In June 2019, the overall monitoring indicator continued to flash the “yellow-blue” signal, as the total score increased by three points to 21. The trend-adjusted leading index picked up for six consecutive months and the coincident index increased for the first time since February 2018, the government will be closely monitoring the economic situation.
The Monitoring Indicators
- The total score in June 2019 was 21, flashing the “yellow-blue” signal, which rose from 18 last month.
Leading Indicators
- The trend-adjusted leading index increased by 0.33% in June 2019 to 102.42, rising for six consecutive months.
Coincident Indicators
- The trend-adjusted coincident index increased by 0.01% in June 2019 to 98.27, rising for the first time since February 2018.
Lagging Indicators
- The trend-adjusted lagging index declined by 1.23% in June 2019 to 97.96, falling for five consecutive months.
