National Development Council

The National Development Council (NDC) has been formulating national development (construction) plans(NDPs) since 1953. So far, 18 phases have been formulated. In line with the presidential term, the NDP promulgates the blueprint for national development. In view of the conclusion of the implementation of the “National Development Plan (2021-2024)” (the 18th Phase NDP), the NDC has formulated the “National Development Plan (2025-2028)” accordingly.

By embodying the President’s vision for this country’s development and the Premier’s administrative policies, as well as considering the internal and external situations, the NDP formulates overall national development goals, strategies, and policy priorities for the next four years, which will serve as the basis for policy implementation of all ministries and agencies.
