因應101年10月1日個人資料保護法施行，非因公務需要，本專區不會在未經您同意之情況下，任意將您的個人資料提供他人使用。但基於行政機關均有法定職掌與專業分工，本專區收到您的申請後，本會將循策略性產業/公共投資/基礎建設申請認定機制處理，轉送相關法令主管機關、中央或地方目的事業主管機關審認；如您所申請事項非屬基礎建設認定範疇，本會將轉請各該主管機關處理並逕行回復。本於上述處理流程，您的個人基本資料（如姓名、電子郵件地址等）將隨同申請案內容一併知會相關機關，以利後續申請案審查與聯繫作業。
Please be sure to read the following instructions before you apply for Strategic Industry, Public Investment or Infrastructure recognition:
To comply with the Personal Data Protection Act which came into force on October 1, 2012, we will not, without your consent, provide your personal data to any third parties, if it is not for the legitimate purposes of government. As jurisdictions and areas of expertise vary among government agencies, your application will be processed based on the Strategic Industry, Public Investment or Infrastructure Application and Recognition Mechanism and will be forwarded to the relevant legal authorities or the competent central or local authorities for review. If your application does not belong to the category of Strategic Industry, Public Investment or Infrastructure recognition, we will transfer your case to the competent authority concerned to process your application and reply directly to you. Following the above workflow, we will send your application, along with basic personal data (such as name, email address, etc.) to the relevant authorities, in order to facilitate subsequent review and communication.
