The manufacturing sector expanded at a slightly faster rate in July as the Taiwan manufacturing PMI increased 0.9 percentage point to 54.2 percent in July. The non-manufacturing sector continued its growth trend for the second consecutive month as the Taiwan NMI registered 54.4 percent in July and reported its highest reading since June 2015.
