  1. The Executive Yuan convened the 14th liaison meeting for social innovation. It was chaired for the first time by Minister Without Portfolio Kung Ming-hsin, with Minister for Digital Affairs Audrey Tang (Tang Feng) as joint chair.
  2. The awards ceremony for the 19th Records Management Quality Award and the Outstanding Records Manager Award was held at the International Conference Hall of National Central Library.

  1. NDC Deputy Minister Yu Chien-hwa led the “2022 Singapore and Malaysia Recruitment Tour” to Singapore and Malaysia to attract overseas professional talent.
  2. President Tsai, Executive Yuan Secretary General Lee Meng-yen and NDC Minister Kung Ming-hsin attended the ceremony to mark the opening of National Chung Hsing University’s Nantou Campus and opening of the Academy of Circular Economy at Chung Hsing New Village.
  3. Executive Yuan approved the amendment of the National Finance Guarantee Mechanism Promotion Program.

Representing Taiwan, under the official country name“Republic of China (Taiwan)”, NDC Deputy Minister Shih Keh-her signed “A Declaration of Cooperation on the Guiding Principles for the Asian Access to Information Alliance” with the Philippines, Israel, the Maldives, Sri Lanka and Cambodia, joining the “Asian Access to Information Alliance”.

  2. NDC Minister Kung Ming-hsin, Minister of Education Pan Wen-chung and Representative Jennifer Polyxeni Bloomfield of the Australian Office Taipei signed the Australia-Taiwan English Language Learning Partnership Action Plan 2022.

  2. Minister Kung Ming-hsin led the NextGen Telecom delegation to the US to enhance Taiwan-US next-generation telecommunications cooperation.
  3. Deputy Minister Kao Shien-quey accepted the “White Paper 2022” from the American Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan on behalf of the government of Taiwan.
  4. The Executive Yuan approved the NDC’s Plan for Activated Construction of Public Property in North and Central Chung Hsing New Village (2023-2026).

  6. Minister Kung Ming-hsin convened the the Asia Silicon Valley Development Plan (ASVDP) Progress 3rd Special Project Meeting.
  7. Minister Kung Ming-hsin attended COMPUTEX 2022 and InnoVEX.
  8. In accordance with Article 11-2 of the Act on Promoting Transitional Justice, the NDC has taken charge of matters regarding the revenue/expenditure, custody, and use of the Transitional Justice Fund, as well as the investigation and review on files of political parties. The NAA of NDC is the competent authority for handling such affairs.
